What We Collect

AILawsByState.com collects the following categories of personal information:

Identifiers — email address, IP address
Internet activity — pages visited, features used, browsing behavior on our site
Commercial information — subscription tier, payment history (processed by Stripe)

Do We Sell or Share Personal Information?

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration.

However, under the broad legal definitions of "sharing" in the CCPA/CPRA, our use of Google Analytics may constitute "sharing" personal information with Google for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. When you accept analytics cookies, Google may collect identifiers and internet activity data through cookies (_ga, _ga_NZY8R0NZSJ).

We also use Cloudflare for performance and security. Cloudflare processes request metadata (IP address, user agent) to provide its services but does not use this data for advertising.

How to Opt Out

Option 1: Reject Cookies

Click "Reject Non-Essential" on the cookie consent banner that appears when you first visit our site. This prevents Google Analytics from loading and stops any data sharing with Google.

Option 3: Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Essential cookies (session authentication, cookie preference) remain active as they are necessary for the site to function
